I am writing this review to express how deeply disappointed I am. I used to live in Houston, Texas, and I noticed there was a mobile home for sale at this location in Florida. I contacted them, and they told me everything was fine with the home and that it was ready to move into if I decided to purchase it. We have lived in this community for over five years, and unfortunately, the experience has significantly declined under the new management. Since the new administration took over, we have noticed a clear drop in professionalism, communication, and overall treatment of residents. Several neighbors have also shared similar concerns, which shows this is not an isolated issue.
