Old Man's Cave Campground

Oh my, this is bougie for a state park campground. We stayed in 65 (full hook-up) on the cul-de-sac and it was a HUGE site. It's a bit hairy getting up the hill to the campground but it was well worth the drive. This was in off-season (start of November) and the ladybugs were crazy bad but it was beautiful and convenient!

Nice place to go to with a camper,trailer, or even just a tent. Has electric and areas for kids too. They have firewood there and each lot has it own fire pit.

The campground at Old Man’s Cave Campground is very convenient if your main goal is easy access to the trails in Hocking Hills State Park. You’re just minutes from the main areas, which is a big plus. That said, the sites are fairly small and close together, so it doesn’t feel very private. It can get crowded, especially during busy times. Also something to keep in mind—if you’re camping during rainy weather, the conditions could be less than ideal depending on your site. Overall, it works for location and convenience, but not the best option if you’re looking for space or a more secluded camp…

Love this campground. Go early to see chapel falls and horse cave across from the repelling cliffs. We like the off season because it's so busy there in the summer. We have tent camped here and with our travel trailer with full hookups
