Location - Perfect Walk to Old Faithful, the Visitir Center, Old Faithful Inn, Also the best boardwalk walking path to all the best Geysers and Thermal Pools. Don’t need to drive. Best restaurant in the Lodge- Obsidian, convenient parking, Elevator, Laundry machines, 24 hour reception and 24 snack shop. Walk to general store and other food places.
Great location but room wasn't super clean. The coffee in the room was also expired. No tv in our room but good to not have that distraction but beware if you want one in your room. Be warned, walls are thin and you'll hear everything from the next room over. Restaurant staff and food were great.
First time visiting Yellowstone and couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay in the Park and, in particular, Old Faithful Snow Lodge. The location can’t be beat. Friendly and efficient staff. Restaurant was a real treat with excellent food and great service.
I believe we were food for bed bugs. We stayed there 2 nights and had all kinds of small red scratchy marks on our backs and sides.
Great value in a great location.
