Ogallala / Tri Trails KOA Journey

Just got here the folks here are super friendly.

We have been KOA rewards members for over 20 years, and usually have an extremely good experience. This time, we were needing an extra car parking close by so explaining that in the notes, I booked an extra long pull through in hopes that my wife could park on the same site to avoid lugging things back and forth. Extra vehicle charge, no problem. We were put in a shorter pull-through 50 yards from the overflow parking. Not what I requested. I didn't realize there was 2 KOA campgrounds in Ogallala, we have always stayed at the one right off 80, (which has always been nice) but I accidentally booked the other KOA Tri Trails..and we were delighted with our newly discovered gem! We'll definitely be back!

KOA software was not accepting my password so I scanned the barcode on the software and I didn't notice that it switched me to this KOA. There was no way to immediately cancel the reservation made on the 9th of January, and I didn't get a response back from them until yesterday the 4th of February. I even tried contacting Corporate KOA, and they couldn't help cancel this and now they are saying they are charging me 20 dollars, this is horrible customer service and I will not be renewing my KOA membership next year!!!!
