I had a pleasant 4 1/2 month stay at the campground . Tim and Marianne are the absolute best folks to work with. Very friendly and professional and will go above and beyond to accommodate within reason. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely visit again.
Tim and Marianne are the best. The whole staff is great. They go above and beyond in every way. The stay is peaceful, there's activities for kids, a lake. Another bonus feature is that they fill your propane tanks for you, so no need to lug them anywhere. Highly recommend. Thank you Oak Lake!
Stayed for a weekend. It is so peaceful. Campsites are close but we never heard our neighbors from inside the camper. Staff was very friendly. Pull through FHU sites offered ample space. We camped prior to camping season. The family friendly amenities will bring us back with the grandchild this summer.
Very happy with our stay. Would like to see more information on your website, especially prices. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because of the cost. Definitely the most expensive campground on the Campspot app, which is fine I guess. But I don’t understand why the other fees can’t be posted. 50$ to bring your own golf cart is pretty ridiculous, I guess we are good for the full season, but I’m not sure when we will be back so it may have been 50$ for 2 days. I didn’t catch the cost to rent one though, 7$ a bundle for firewood with a deal if you buy more, 5$ visitor pass. Not complainin…
We lived there full-time for two years. Tim and Marianne, the whole staff are wonderful!! Truly go out of their way to make you feel like family. Just an all-around wonderful place with lots of activities for children. Our kids are eager to come back for a visit. Thank you for an amazing stay Oak Lak!!!!
