Oak Creek RV Resort and Campground

The campground is perfectly situated between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum, so this is a great location if you are going to those attractions. The people are kind and welcoming, both the staff and the residents. There is a small pool open seasonally. There are 2 small fenced in areas for dogs. They were great except they had a lot of uncleaned dog waste in them. Otherwise, this is mostly a trailer park where people live. We arrived late and only spent one night here, but it was a nice, quiet campground.

By the looks of things , there are basically 4 pull through sites or less but I would say this is not a big rig friendly park. Too difficult getting in and out. Too bad because the location is great. Missed opportunity.

We camped near the Back of the Campground and there was a creek next to us. We took a little hike away in the woods and found a nice little comfy spot to strip down and enjoy nature. The showers are excellent, The campground staff was really cool and laid back. The campground is well maintained and they have a lot to offer. I guess they are clothing optional because management never said anything to us and the staff saw us. Will definitely have to visit again soon.
