The drive to the lake is beautiful the scenery is awesome and a waterfall on the way, a good spot to take pictures, The campground area was nice & clean and the place has a lot of spots to take nice pictures.
Nice campground. Bathrooms were not very clean. I dont expect perfection at a campground but a bathroom should be clean from human waste. Toilet paper was left on floor for days and not cleaned up.
The staff here was real nice to me right from jump. Was out of spaces but they let me tent in the woods primitive no fire which I think should be allowed more. Artists rock just above me this is a fire spot had some moments of clarity here and deep intuition and understanding in this air space. The lake water level is low so I walked across the back. Tough to ford got to other side. Caught two bass threw one back cooked one. Thank goodness was down to a half a can of protein powder. Cooked it on a stick looked like a sea bass had spiked gills.
