Situated beside Lookout Mountain, it’s an ideal spot for family gatherings, combining tranquility with proximity to local attractions. 🌲🏡🏔️ 🔔 PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS THE MIDDLE FLOOR UNIT IN A MULTI-UNIT HOME 🔔 You’ll have exclusive access to your private unit, including your own entrance, private parking, and outdoor spaces. However, there are separate guest units above and below. All guests are expected to observe quiet hours (9 PM – 9 AM) and keep noise—including loud music, TV, and games—to a respectful level at all times. You’ll have exclusive access to the entire modern home's middle unique floor, including: 🍽️1 Kitchen 🛋️1 Living Room 🛏️🛁1 Master Bedroom: with a King bed, walk-in closet, large HDTV, and an en suite bathrooms with a tiled shower, & double vanities. 🛌1 Additional Bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen HDTV and walk-in closet 🚿1 Additional Bathroom with tub/shower combo. 🛏️2 Fold-Out Twin Mattresses (6-inch memory foam), for usage in the living room or any bedroom (with sheets & comforters) Enjoy exclusive access to: 🌞1 Front Porch: Enjoy a tranquil cup of coffee (included) 🌄1 Covered Back Porch: Complete with breathtaking views of Lookout Mountain and lounge and dining furniture. 🏊🏼6 person Hot Tub/Spa Located conveniently: 🛍️3-5 Minutes from Fort O. grocery stores, shops, and eateries 🏞️8 Minute drive (3.5 mile) to the historic Chickamauga Battlefield (great for hikes, biking, or a picturesque stroll) 🚠Short drive from the Incline Railway 🍦Nearby Restaurants and Ice Cream 🌟16 Minutes to Rock City and Ruby Falls 🏙️15-20 Minutes to Downtown Chattanooga 🏡You'll have exclusive access to the middle floor of the home—along with two porches. ✅🚫Access: This unit DOES include access to the Hot Tub, but NOT to the fire pit area. We live nearby and are available as needed for guests. 🤫 Noise: We've incorporated features like extended rafter widths, spray foam insulation between floors, and solid core doors with door sweeps to minimize noise transfer. However, being in an apartment-style building means you might hear occasional footfall and muffled voices. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM and kindly ask all guests to be considerate of one another. 🏊🏼‍♂️Hot Tub: The technician visits on Monday and Friday mornings to monitor and maintain the Spa. He will access the back driveway, handle hot tub care, and have no need to enter the home. 🚗 Driveway and Road: The road and driveway are narrow and steep in places. Please drive carefully and be mindful of the gravel road; the parking area around the home is paved. You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping. 🚜 Construction Nearby: There is a home being built nearby, so you may hear some construction noise during work hours. It shouldn’t affect your view or stay, but we wanted you to be aware. This has now moved inside, and most of the noise should be over. The nearby project will be completed by the end of October 2025. 🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: This modern home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, ideally including children. An additional $10 per person (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 4. That can increase by 1 ONLY when at least one of the extra guests is a small child. There is a toddler bed in the walk-in closet, but it is only for smaller kids. 🔐Bedroom Locks: For the safety and convenience of our guests, we have intentionally chosen not to install locks on bedroom or bathroom doors. In the past, we've encountered situations in other homes where children inadvertently locked doors, requiring our immediate assistance. By designing our home this way, we aim to prevent any inconveniences and ensure a seamless experience for all our guests. ❄️ A/C & Heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when at home. 🅿️ Parking: Limited to 3 regular-sized cars or less with any oversized vehicles. Parking is located below on the parking pad. There is no railing along the driveway and side of the house leading up to the unit. From the parking pad, you will walk up the driveway (which is for the top unit) to reach your middle unit. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential. Make sure to park in the correct designated lanes based on the unit you are renting. 👶 Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, a crib, or a pack-n-play. 🌍 Charitable Contribution: 25%+ of the proceeds from all our homes support local and international missionaries.
