Our week was amazing! The resort is perfectly maintained. The staff is incredible. Customer service was exceptional. We were here for JazzFest. Adam, the resort’s shuttle manager, was accommodating and kind and personable. We didn’t have to worry about traffic or parking. Adam’s customer service and genuine interest in his guests went far beyond expectations. I highly recommend this RV resort without hesitation.
Bed bugs!!!!!!!!! Room dirty Service was not very responsive The only good thing was the location on Lake Ponchatrain. Don't waste your money.
Clean, quiet, beautiful areas, and friendly staff.
Extremely nice RV park. The sites are large and landscaped beautifully. Fairly close to the city, and all attractions.
