Natural Bridge Cabin Company

We booked three nights, but only stayed two. We left early of our own choice, but scrubbed the cabin, made the beds and did not ask for a refund for the third night. When we got home we were notified we had a $200 "hot tub abuse fee". We had gotten in twice and were not drinking or partying. Do not use this company unless you want bogus after-the-fact charges. We will not use this company again.

Debbie at Natural Bridge Cabin Company was very helpful with my booking process and even helped me save money by suggesting I book directly through them instead of through a third party site. Saved me $200! I look forward to my future stay.

We are staying in Cumberland (cabin 1) for Valentine's weekend. It is in a convenient location, close to everything. It has plenty of privacy, a great hot tub and is a comfortably decorated cabin. It could use a new coffee maker but there is a great coffee shop right up the street.

Probably should be 2 stars to be honest. But lets start by saying some good before we get to the bad... It was clean for the most part. Bedding was clean and there were no foul smells. Check in was very easy and easy instructions to follow to get to the cabins them selfs. The bad... We stayed in the "sycamore" cabin. The cabin had very minimum hot water, im talking you can not fill the bathtub up all the way before it runs out. (What is the point of the tub?) This is the second time that we have stayed with Natural Bridge Cabins (Debbie). Debbie has been an absolute amazing person. She’s very accommodating, extremely sweet and completely understanding. If you want somewhere to go that’s very friendly please please book with them on their website. You will not be disappointed. she gets all five stars every room that we have cabin that we have stayed in has been clean and very neat. Thank you. The kind of people you pray to deal with!! If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would!!
