The tick problem is absolutely huge!! Bring all the protective sprays and be sure to wear lots of clothing and boots. Wouldn't suggest bringing a dog unless they are up to date on fleas and tick meds. Upside, they are huge and easy to pick off. Downside they are huge and aggressive, eager to bite while simply walking the trails. Check yourself, your pets, and your friends before you get in the car!! Did find a Lone Star tick and Deer ticks.
