Mountain View Campground

Excellent facilities and super clean! Would highly recommend to anyone!!

It's very nice. Some sites don't have a lot of shade but the weather was a little cold so it wasn't a problem. Clean bathroom, friendly staff and free apple picking which I loved. The only crazy thing is a private road across the street which says (pvt and I had no idea what that means) and if by any chance you don't see it and try to walk around it the owners will treat you really bad and make you feel as a criminal, and watch you until you get out of it, even if you're a pregnant woman like me🤣

Nice campground near Stowe. May or may not be big rig friendly depending on where they choose your spot to be. Our spot was on the corner of a dead end, and there was not enough gravel at the dead end to straighten out. If there had been someone in the site before ours (which we backed into to help straighten out on our 2nd pull forward to the end of the gravel) then we wouldn’t have had a choice but to pull way onto the campgrounds grass. Campground was clean and has a lot of amenities. River access was great, and we didn’t spend any time in either of the 2 pools because our kids were explori…
