Mountain Springs Cabins

We have loved our RV stay at Mountain Springs! The property is so beautiful and peaceful, we love walking our dogs every day around the property and along the stream. My favorite part is opening a window and hearing the creek flowing right there, it's so relaxing. Mountain Springs is the perfect distance away from the city to be able to relax in the peace and quiet, but still close enough to be able to drive in every day. The owners are really nice, earnest people and we have really enjoyed our stay, highly recommend!

We stayed here for two nights and they tried to charge us an extra $300 for an excessive mess. The examples when we asked for photos were a fan moved a foot away from the wall and a bed spread on the ground. They also tried to claim we broke a chest even though we never opened it, and the damage was on the inside. We stayed with our two dogs and one of our dogs tore up a dog bed that we brought from home. We cleaned the mess (stuffing) and had it in a garbage bag. We stayed at this cabin through Airbnb and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the host after checkout. No check-in or checkout instructions were provided at any point, including guidance on trash, dishes, or towels. On our last night, we had pizza, and the boxes did not fit into standard trash bags. We neatly stacked the boxes on the stove and, since the host was on the property, we spoke with him in person to ask how he would like us to handle the trash.
