Microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, tea kettle, crockpot, washer & dryer, iron, board games, pool table, ping pong and a wet bar in the garage, with full size fridge & microwave. Seating in garage for 18. Deck is partially covered/uncovered, with deck furniture for 8. Gas BBQ. Table and chairs in the lower yard, wood fire-pit (seasonal use only, please DO NOT use during dry wildfire season or during a drought). MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS FIRM. Sleeps up to 8 in beds. Maximum occupancy 10, which includes children & infants of any age. Its up to the guest to figure out where guests 9-10 will sleep. AGE RESTRICTION IS FIRM. You must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking to reserve this property. A copy of your drivers license will be required within 24 hours of booking. Dining table seats 10. Kitchen bar seats 3. Bed sizes: Master bedroom: 1 king Guest bedroom: 1 queen Guest bedroom: 1 queen 1 queen sofa sleeper in the living room GATHERINGS: No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 10 people (including children & infants) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 10 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed). GAS BBQ: Propane not included. Guests are responsible for supplying their own propane for the use of these amenities. LINENS: Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use. Beach towels are not provided. BBQ: Propane is not automatically provided. Guests may order a propane tank on the Temporary Resident Registration form for a fee. Guests can also purchase or swap a tank at the local market or hardware store. OUTDOOR FIRES: Other than the proper use of gas firepits and the proper use of wood firepits, all other outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises. WOOD FIREPIT: The wood firepit is not to be used during dry wildfire season or during a drought. FIREWOOD: Firewood is not provided for guest use. STAIRS: There are no exterior or interior steps. There are only 2 steps to get into the garage. This house is wheelchair accessible. CHILDREN: Please do not leave children unattended on decks. Decks & deck railings are not child-proof. PETS/ANIMALS: No pets. No animals. No exceptions. PET POLICY IS FIRM. GARAGE: Garage is not available for parking, as it is used as a game room. PARKING: Driveway parking for 2-3 vehicles. GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION: Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $46 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security. The entire fee goes to PML HOA. Price subject to change without notice. Access permits are non-refundable. A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.
