We had an absolutely amazing stay with this cabin company in North Georgia! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Take caution booking through this place. We booked a cabin through Vrbo in February. We canceled the cabin in April. The cabin rental was for October, a full six months away. We followed all Vrbo policies and they said we were not eligible for a refund, despite having ample time to rebook the cabin. They sent an additional cancellation policy that says we needed to be compliant with Vrbo cancellation, which we were. We actually thought about rebooking the same cabin when we were able to come back to Ellijay, but after this predatory experience, we definitely will not. **Edit** we did receive…

We stayed at Nature’s Loft cabin for a weekend birthday celebration. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Thankfully, there were only four of us because the conditions would have been even more uncomfortable with a larger group. When we arrived around 7 or 8 PM, the temperature inside the cabin was 82 degrees, even though it was late April. We turned on the air conditioning and expected it to cool down within a reasonable amount of time. However, it did not reach a tolerable temperature until after midnight, and even then it only dropped to about 76 degrees. Because of this, …

Clean cabins. Mountain oasis very helpful

We had a wonderful stay this past week at the Dragonfly on the Cartecay. The cabin was great. Very clean, bed was super comfy, enjoyed the hot tub and the cabin was stocked with all the amenities. The staff could not have been any greater. Always kind and answered any questions we had. The whole process was super easy. This is our second time using Mountain Oasis and looking forward to using them again!
