Easy to find, well kept, and quiet for how close it was!

What a wonderful property; so quiet and peaceful, except for the songs of birds or nearby crickets. We were fortunate to be there during a full moon and the views were gorgeous. Hoping to come back for another stay soon.

We were not there during the day so we can’t comment during the day but overnight and early hours of the morning the dogs barked the entire time. I was working in Carlsbad for a few days and needed a place to camp bc I didn’t want to drive home so it was perfect. This place is definitely no frills and that’s precisely what I needed. It felt safe and was quiet, minus a few animal noises which I do enjoy hearing. I will be back when I have to work in the area again.
