I read the review before I went and they were very helpful! Still no electricity. West is very loud with the train sometimes, on the east side has the highway noise, but if you set your tent near the running creek, you can barely hear it ( just when some big noise trucks are passing or horns)
Nice campground, great river to swim in nearby. Peaceful apart from the train.
