Hike the mountain, experience nature and solitude and be just 10 minutes from a town where a supermarket, hardware store, service station, post office, sheriff's station and a variety of restaurants are available. This is big sky and wide open California Desert. Remote enough to be away from crowds but close enough for all the essentials. Life is short ... Get outside.

Site 4 was exactly what we were hoping for. Cold, clear weather with perfect desert nights and wide open skies. The campsite was quiet, clean, and genuinely beautiful, with plenty of space to relax and take it all in. It felt peaceful without feeling too isolated, and everything was well cared for. We will definitely be back.
Beautiful valley in the Mojave. I felt safe as a solo female camper and my dog had a great time sniffing around. This was a last minute find after my original campground was closed, and I'm glad I got to experience this beautiful location!
