The cabin is only a 15 minute drive to the main entrance of Joshua Tree National Park and 10 minutes to downtown Joshua Tree and Old Town Yucca Valley. It's the perfect sanctuary for stargazing, decompression, relaxation and meditation. • THE INDOOR SPACE - 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom - Primary bedroom - Double Size Bed - Brand new build with modern design - Cozy living room with fireplace - Kitchenette - Views of the desert from every room • THE OUTDOORS - Fire pit - Outdoor lounge - Has a complete view of the desert through every window - Very private: The cabin sits on a 5-acre lot - 360° backyard views • OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Professionally managed by Property Manager • RENTAL AGREEMENT There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation • PETS Pets are not allowed at this property due to the homeowner having severe allergies and asthma. • ROADS TO THE HOUSE There are about 5 miles of maintained dirt roads to the house • DIRECTIONS GPS should bring you easily to the property • KITCHEN (FRIDGE) The kitchen has a mini fridge. There is no freezer. • KITCHEN (OVEN) The kitchen does not have an oven • A/C & Heater The house is cooled and heated by a mini split heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable all year long. • FIRE Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy BUT the propane fire pit located outside if allowed. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane fire pit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. • IDENTITY VERIFICATION You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used. By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above.
