Missoula KOA Holiday

Stayed at the Missoula KOA while riding down to the Idaho Backcountry Discovery Route (IDBDR) with our adventure motorcycle group, and it was an awesome stop. Tons of amenities, comfortable camping, and the breakfast and coffee the next morning were a fantastic way to fuel up before hitting the road. Exactly the kind of well-run campground that makes a long moto-camping trip so much more enjoyable. Highly recommended for riders and campers passing through Missoula! While I have stayed here multiple times - nothing special but not awful in my experience… writing a post regarding a less than positive snap shot into the customer service provided by the Missoula KOA team. I was told / shown a story where customers of this KOA received a post-stay survey - nothing out of the ordinary - and in that survey, constructively flagged a few issues they experienced with their stay.
