Very friendly, staff is extremely helpful. Location is easy to get to from the interstate it is nice at level with tons of activities.

My family LOVES KOA Mercer! The staff is so friendly and wonderful. The campground is very clean. The bath house showers are fantastic with great water pressure. The activities and playground are great too. The campground is close to The Outlets, restaurants, Keystone Safari, and a small Walmart and Aldi. We love it!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff and ownership. I was showing up after office hours, in the dark, and tired... but after talking to the staff person over the phone I was at ease knowing I was going to have a nice place to stay. She was friendly, patient, gave very clear directions for check-in procedures. lol honestly I felt like I might've been talking to a family member that was looking forward to seeing me. 😁That I really appreciated. When I arrived, I had a pick up truck and trailer yet still I had plenty of room to park. It was super quiet and felt very safe. The bathroom and showe…
