This was a great place to stay when visiting Denali. It is on the main highway, but we weren't bothered by any noise, even with a cabin closer to the front. Out cabin was right by the creek, which was lovely. The cabin was clean and spacious. It was SO NICE to have the restaurant on the property. We had a good dinner and breakfast there. The restaurant was full on our second night, so we ordered dinners to go and had them in our cabin, which was fine. The staff were always pleasant and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here fo 2 nights during our visit to the Denali National park.|The hotel is about 15 min drive from the park entrance which makes it a really quiet spot. The location is beautiful and the restaurant was good (we had dinner twice) but the room was a bit dated and a renovation would make them much better

Based on a previous stay here in 2021, we chose to return again in September 2025. They were 5 stars before, even better this time. Thanks again for a great lodging option for Denali!

McKinley Creekside Cabins is located about 15 minutes south of the park entrance, right off the highway. A pleasant drive to the park, but away from all the tour bus hotels clustered around the park entrance. The cabins are small but clean and comfortable, with good beds and all the amenities you could need. Our cabin faced the creek, really a small flowing river, and we greatly enjoyed falling asleep while listening to the water. The staff were friendly and attentive even tho…
