Great place to get elevation gain from a hike.
Fishing in the brook is awesome! Very clean water and healthy fish.
Everything about this park for camping is excellent.we visited in September 2025 , little cold in the night. Plan to book the site early. Very lively when all the grounds are occupied. We spent 2 days and we loved the park. Park also has fire wood , parking staff are very cooperative. Restrooms are very clean, we choose the site which is inside the circle which means less privacy. Overall I would come back again this year Enjoy camping
There are a few well marked trails with varying degrees of difficulty. They're fun to mix and match too.
