This is a wonderful campground with 2 flaws that aren’t actually their fault: train noise and highway noise.
Right on the Washington side of the Columbia River, near the ridge into Oregon and I-84. It’s beautiful in early spring. The facilities are well kept. I stayed in a dry, small, RV site. Grass is watered on a schedule thru the park - no tent camping random spots. I saw a large group camping when I arrived. I found it a great spot, relaxing, would definitely return. Took more photos of nearby sites (like Stonehenge and Maryhill museum) than of the park itself. Made reservations easily on line. But many stopped in and paid at the park.
