Atmosphere was amazing nice and cool right by the water was absolutely gorgeous
Campsite 12 was our favorite. Big site, quiet, clean toilets. There was a camp host present most of the time that was welcoming and supportive. Didn’t swim in the river but we had access and it has good rainbow trout fishing and swimming. 8 minute drive from uptown Sedona this location cannot be beat.
No customer service. Wasted my time saying I could speak to a rep; Yet could not reach a rep. customer line has the single most annoying time wasting animated system I’ve ever heard I would rather call the IRS
Apparently, carousing late past the beginning of quiet hours at 10:00 p.m. is fine as long as it's not bothering the campground host. I opted for this over the dispersed camping areas for the precise reason that things should be under control. Also, this place is very cramped with almost no space between you and your neighbors. Unless you're at the Northwest end of the campground, you'll probably be in a cloud of smoke most of the time since there seems to always be a breeze coming down the canyon.
