It's ok place to camp. But needs trash cans in restrooms. It also needs a shelfs in the showers where you can put your shower supplies. Water was so gross in showers I feel gross even after I showered. Pretty sure the water comes from the lake.
Really beautiful campground with plenty of sites. Close to Mackinaw City but far enough away that you still feel like you're camping. Everyone we've dealt with that was associated with the campground have been friendly and accommodating.
The place was HUGE—over 600 campsites—so much so that it was a daily challenge to find our way to the dump station and the exit. Location was nice. Amenities were just fine. Lakefront camping site filled the bill.

Met the owner he’s on site and great. Super friendly and wonderful place to stay. We are here late season for fall colors and vibes and don’t regret it a bit. We got a place right on the water and loved everything about it. Need that 6th star!
