No water for a while until they fix the burst pipe. 9 mins drive to dump station & fresh water fill up at the bottom of hill. Small & quiet with great views. There are plenty of spaces between each site except sites 17, 18 & 19
What a joke of a place. We stayed here a couple of weeks ago and found out, when arrived, that there was no water available. It did not appear on website until the following day with a statement showing a 20% discount for the inconvenience of having no water. I went through the process of getting a refund by providing all requested documentation but was still denied. I went through Recreation.gov and was told to contact American Land and Leisure for an explanation as I was provided NOTHING for the reason of no refund.
