This charming villa is located in Dundee, Oregon. It is tucked away in the scenic Willamette Valley and is situated on a hill overlooking almost 100 acres of orchard, gardens, and vineyards reminiscent of Tuscany. The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests, perfect for couples or groups of friends. The villa features five private bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-size bed featuring soft, luxury linens and fluffy pillows. All bedrooms also contain a dresser and a closet for ample storage space. Guests will wake up each morning to the sun rising over the snow-capped Cascades, bathing the vineyards, sunflowers, and rolling pastures in a rich golden light. Guests can wrap themselves up in plush bathrobes and brew a fresh mug of tea or coffee. There are two full bathrooms, each with a toilet, a double vanity sink, a hairdryer, and towels. In the first bathroom, guests can soak in the bathtub while enjoying the lovely views of the countryside, or they can rinse off in the separate, walk-in shower. In the second bathroom, guests will love the jetted bathtub. After a long day of hiking through vineyards or swimming in the Pacific Ocean, guests can relax in the hot tubs or sauna. Downstairs, guests can eat meals around the dining table by the wood-burning fireplace, or kick back on the sofa in the lounge with a good book from the library. During the colder months, guests can warm up by the gas fireplace in either the lounge or the game room, which also contains a comfortable sectional sofa. Friends can play a game of pool or foosball in the game room or kick back on the leather recliner chairs in the home theater and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The TV is equipped with cable and satellite, a DVD player, and a surround sound system. A video library is provided. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a stove and oven. There is also a breakfast bar with a coffeemaker and tea kettle. For guests' convenience, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, and an ironing board. Other amenities include heating and air conditioning, cell service, and Wi-Fi. Outside, there is an expansive patio with a dining area, nice patio furniture, and a BBQ grill. Guests can eat dinner or just relax with a good book and a glass of wine, and just watch the sun set over the vineyards and mountains. They can swim in the outdoor pool, taste wine in the tasting rooms, or do cardio and meditation in the fitness center. Guests will enjoy using the large outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Hiking trails wind through the vineyards, orchards, and gardens. Guests can drink wine on the balcony, or play a game of basketball and racquetball. There is a BBQ grill on the expansive patio. Private parking is available on site. Inside the villa, guests will find a library, a home theater, a dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, and a lounge area with a gas fireplace. Guests can play pool, foosball, or shuffleboard in the game room, which also features a gas fireplace. There is also a sauna, a fitness center, and a gift shop.
