I requested a room 4 months in advance, and confirmed the room a week prior to my stay. I was completely bumped off the system so they could place their “more important “ person in my room . When I discuss this with the manager, I was given the excuse the other customer wanted the room and she “always” stays there. No apology, no comps or even an attempt to appear that he even gave a shit. Add insult to injury, he then went to the person staying the room to complain about me making an issue. Can I just add that is a HUGE breach of my personal information!!! Who does business like this?? …
