Lone Oak Campsites

Nice place. Sites are not level. Main issue is that it is sandwiched between two dairy farms. The smell is really overpowering.

New management has ruined the experience. They should have done research on the campsite. This is usually done within business to keep your long term customers happy. They have come in with their corporate cookie cutter business plan. This year there are a large number of for sales and empty sites that have had the same trailers on them for decades. Typical out of touch management just looking to squeeze every dime out of the property.

We seriously love it at Lone Oak. It’s one of those places where the kids are off having fun all day and you actually get to relax a little too. There’s always something going on, which I love. Between the playgrounds, the pond, the river, themed weekends, concerts, and food trucks, it never feels repetitive. The kids stay busy and excited, and every weekend feels a little different. The pool is great, and the hot tub at the end of the night is a nice bonus after a long day outside. It just has such an easy, family feel to it. We look forward to going every weekend.
