Lo-Lo-Mai Springs RV & Tent Resort

The park will not allow guests to your campsite without paying an outrageous day use fee of $15 per person plus $5 per child plus $5 per pet plus taxes and additional fees. The park wasn’t full and not at peak use. The employee was rude. Will never stay there again or recommend to anyone else. Other RV parks allow limited guest use with no charge in the Sedona area. (From 2019:) Wish I would've known about this place years ago. Just go to their website to review their amenities. Had a fantastic experience there, really conservative prices and super nice and personable staff. (Update 2026:) $320 for one site with our travel trailer (2 adults, $170.99) with a tent area for our 2 young adults ($149.73) for two nights is a bit steep. Not sure if we'll plan another trip due to the expense. Let's start with the good first. Lo-Lo-Mai is 20 min from Sedona, located on a creek. It has mature shade trees and the RV spots are large enough for opposing slide outs. It has a true camping vibe with natural grass and a open feel. The BAD. We have some Travel Friends, who rented their RV spot in Sedona Springs RV. We couldn't get a spot there so we chose Lo-Lo-Mai. Very disappointing. Our site was small, all dirt and little shade, despite the description on the website and pictures showing shade, grass and spacious sites. Bathrooms were filthy and not cleaned regularly. And the staff was not very friendly. The pool was ok, nice to have on hot days. The creek was nice also.
