This sweet, cottage-like house is the perfect place for a family vacation or getaway. The bedrooms are spacious with a separate living room, dining room, kitchen and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, gas range, microwave, and cooking and dining basics. There is close and convenient parking. Our guests let us know that they prefer their own private farmhouse with convenient parking, in a relaxed setting such as ours, instead of the big box experience at any hotel. Our property is private, and conveniently located one mile outside of the city of Columbia, Kentucky. Lindsey Wilson College, great fishing, watersports, hiking, and sight-seeing are all minutes from our location. Our mission is to provide a warm and inviting space for a memorable experience. Parking is free! The morning of check in guests will receive a custom door code to access their unit. Check in is always 4:00 PM Central Time. Nestled in the heart of Kentucky's picturesque countryside lies Columbia, a town brimming with beauty and charm. Home to Lindsey Wilson College, it boasts a vibrant atmosphere enriched by its academic community. Beyond academia, Columbia offers a haven for outdoor enthusiasts with abundant opportunities for hunting and fishing. The nearby Green River Lake and Cumberland Lake beckon adventurers with their tranquil waters and scenic surroundings. There is an entrance and exit so traffic can flow easy. Parking is beside your Cabin or Home. Enjoy! No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our cabins, houses, or tiny homes. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs within the premises. Pet-friendly policy: We welcome guests traveling with pets to our accommodations. Please ensure your pets are well-behaved, supervised, and cleaned up after. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Cleaning and damages: Guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition as they found it. Any damages caused by guests or their pets will be charged accordingly. Maximum occupancy: Please adhere to the maximum occupancy limit specified for each accommodation. Additional guests or pets must be approved in advance. Quiet hours: Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM CST to 8:00 AM CST to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Check-in and check-out: Check-in time is at 4:00 PM CST , and check-out time is at 11:00 AM CST. Housekeeping: Basic housekeeping essentials are provided. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and their pets during their stay. Safety and security: Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property. Report any safety or security concerns immediately to the host. Parking: Parking spaces are provided for guests' convenience. Please park only in designated areas and avoid blocking driveways or neighboring properties. Emergency procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and contact information provided by the host.
