We stayed at the beach bungalow and it’s obvious they don’t care about this place. The upkeep is terrible. The toilets don’t flush and the sink drips al the time. Never would stay there again. Filthy mess
We had a great time staying on the water. Paid for WiFi, but didn't have it.
I booked a cabin at the Resort in February/March for a family reunion in September 2026. After a few weeks, I needed to cancel the reunion and the booking. I contacted them 6 months before the reservation and only received an 80% refund. I lost over $100 and am livid. I have never heard of a cancellation policy like this. There are always extenuating circumstances to consider and they shut me down. Proceed with caution or be smart and stay somewhere else!!
