Very relaxing. Lots of dirt and rocks. E joyed it.
Usually, I don't stay in campgrounds with fewer than 4 stars, but this one was recently purchased and rebuilt after the flood. MAJOR improvement. Very nice and quiet. The price was right, and since we had family in the area, the location was perfect. I was really disappointed that Ricky couldn't hook me up with $2.00 diesel in the area, but the guy is a super star in all other areas, so I'll have to let that one slide {:-) Loved the lake they have. It's private, so no fishing license is needed. Fish all you want and keep it.
We rented the little cabin on our way to Cathedral Gorge. The cabin was cute, comfortable, perfectly maintained, and well equipped with essentials and more. The cabin has its own bathroom sans shower, so that was very nice. The people running the resort were very anxious to please. Would stay again.
Enjoyed my stay here and if I find myself working in the area again I'll call them first. The staff was super helpful and the place is upgrading and expanding. Thank you Brian I
