Love coming here. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
The staff is awesome!!! However, the sutes are very small and some are way too close together. Most sites are not big enough for anything larger that 20 feet in length. Sites are also uneven. Not much room to turn your camping equipment around. No lights in the outhouse, although there are light fixtures. No toilet paper either. It's a beautiful area, just not really appropriate for much more than tenting.
Don't turn till you see large "Campground" sign, several misleading 'Lake Hope.......". Camp sites are along top of ridge, very narrow winding road. We arrived off season with class A 35 foot - was pretty tricky getting to site, if it was prime season, would have been really difficult getting to site. Safe travels, DanA
Camp sites are very small and not much level ground. The lake is about 7 minutes away by car.
