Kirklands Creek Campground and Cabins

Small family-oriented campground. The spots are close together compared to a state park but it’s much smaller so you don’t feel it as much. Small beautiful creek runs along the one side, small pond and large grassy area in the middle with yard games, swingset, pool and a community area with picnic tables. The owner is great, accommodating and very available if you need anything.

I've been there a couple of times. Once in a cabin and another time in a tent spot. I enjoy the quantneas of it

We loved our visit to this campground. We stayed in a tent for just a single night on our way to ther places and it was fantastic. The bathrooms and showers were the cleanest I've ever seen at a campground. It's very well maintained and it's obvious that the owner loves what he does. He was super helpful too: he gave us excellent suggestions for some things to do in the area. I made our reservation super late at night too but he was helpful and didn't complain, check in was easy and straightforward. Basically we loved it and would like to go back for a longer stay sometime.
