Great camp, great host
This was our first experience at this site. The actual location was amazing. We have determined that there are 2 types of KOAs: a pass-through site and a destination. We consider this location a destination. Although we arrived in an off-season time, this KOA was really cared for, in the middle of nowhere, and had an amazing view. The check-in was a little confusing as we had registered online, and arrived after hours, but we knew our spot and settled in after looking at some posted literature. What a great spot! Christie was super welcoming to this long distance cyclist and knew just where everything we needed was. The camp was clean and beautiful, located in an incredible part of the country. First KOA experience and it lives up to it!
This is one of the nicest deluxe cabins we've stayed in. The staff is very friendly and our kiddo liked the duck pond and playground.
