Always a pleasure to stay here. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet quiet quiet. Road noise is barely heard. We have stayed multiple times and will do so again as we travel to and out of Florida. Nothing has changed but the name. Maybe a little cheaper without koa branding
The restrooms were absolutely filthy. Wads of hair stayed in the showers the entire 2 months we were there. Laundry room was rarely cleaned and I always cleaned the washers before use due to grass, dirt and hair in them. There is an activity room with puzzles, pool table and tv. Some of the residents hold activities during the week. Nothing done by the campground itself. Advertises a heated pool, but we found it too cold to use during our 2 month stay. Plan on driving at least 20 minutes to do anything. There's nothing close by besides a gas station. Sites in long term are small and unlevel g…
