Room was extremely lackluster for 400 bucks a night. I wasn’t expecting much but for the money we paid, you would expect things to be functional. We upgraded so we had the kitchenette. You are required to provide your own bedding, towels, etc. One mini split did not work. We were told it would be fixed Saturday. Then Saturday, we were told there was a window unit in place since they couldn’t get it repaired until Monday. Window unit was there when we checked in. I doubt the mini split is being repaired. Grounds were decent but be prepared to pay for every little thing. Petty things get ri…
We had a wonderful time as a guest of some friends. Met Kristen the manager and she was very nice.Highly recommended this place!
Had an amazing experience and will definitely be back. Kristen the Assistant GM was very friendly and accommodating. She looked very busy but she always had a smile on her face. I appreciate the hospitality at Jellystone.
