Just got off the phone with Melinda! What a great experience. She was very helpful in accommodating us with changing our reservation. The people at Glen Ellis are always so nice to deal with. Can't wait for our trip this year.
Absolutely amazing. The staff booking and answering questions throughout our whole initial planning was absolutely the best. They were a helpful hand and resource. I am planning a second trip and already speaking with them again. Over all, Glenn Ellis is a gem. Best family vacation we have had!
Our friends and I booked our sites only a couple of hours apart, and there was a HUGE price increase. They would not honor the price we paid for sites right beside one another.....we should have booked all 3 at once...do not make this mistake and book together when traveling as a group or avoid them all together. They had very poor service and attention to customer service, and I can't imagine our upcoming stay will change our minds that we will not be booking any future camping trips here.
