Would give them less than 1 star if I could. Terrible place to try and enjoy a vacation.

My family had a very difficult experience with this campground during an already painful time. My sister prepaid approximately $6,500 for a long-term stay but was only able to stay for about a month before she unexpectedly passed away. We reached out to the park to explain the situation and respectfully requested a prorated refund for the unused time. Unfortunately, we were told that no refund would be issued. I understand that businesses have policies, but situations involving the death of a guest should be handled with compassion and flexibility. This was not a cancellation or change of plan…

I was so excited to book a long extended weekend here for me and my 3 kids. Until I was going through check out and there was a occupancy fee of 170.00!!!! At no point is there occupancy fee stated on the website. I'm using my own camper, not a cabin. Then I started looking into it more and there are fees for everything else you want to do. Pricing here is ridicules, Ill never camp here.
