And, for the outdoor enthusiasts, we have a volleyball area and a cozy fire pit all set on a private one-acre property. And for those winter enthusiasts, there's even the possibility to sled right from the front door (just be cautious of passing cars!). The top floor boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite to a bedroom. Each of these bedrooms features two comfortable queen beds. The top floor also offers a spacious gathering room with a sectional sofa, a large Smart TV, piano, and game table. Moving down to the middle floor, you'll discover a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom right across the hall. Another bedroom on this floor accommodates three twin over full bunk beds and has a 3/4 private bathroom with a generously sized walk-in closet. The middle floor also hosts the well-equipped kitchen, a dining area with two refrigerators, and a cozy living room with a freestanding gas fireplace. On the bottom floor, there's yet another bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom just down the hall. You'll appreciate the large mudroom with ample hooks and cubbies for all your outdoor gear, a billiards room, and a playroom/laundry room equipped with two sets of washers and dryers, a sleeper sofa, a full-sized futon, a large Smart HDTV with popular apps like Netflix and Hulu. Access to the hot tub can also be found on the bottom floor. During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to the entire home and the surrounding acre of pristine forest. This includes a volleyball area, an area for recreational activities, a cozy fire pit, and extensive outdoor decking with patio furniture to soak in the natural beauty.
