Located nestled in the trees, close to the main marina and only about 25 miles from the entrance to Yosemite National Park. This villa features 4bd, 2.5ba. Central H/A, ceiling and portable fans. Refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, airfryer, washer/dryer. Hair blow dryer, iron and ironing board. Ping pong, books. Gas BBQ. Parking up to 3 cars. Car Port for guest-use. No pets allowed. The main Marina is a water taxi stop during the summer months, which will take you to all the beaches, for a small fare. Sleeps up to 7 in beds. Maximum occupancy is 7, which includes children & infants of any age. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS FIRM. You must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking to reserve this property. AGE RESTRICTION IS FIRM. GATHERINGS: No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 7 people (including children & infants) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 7 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed). PETS/ANIMALS: No pets. No animals. No exceptions. PET POLICY IS FIRM. LINENS: Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use. Beach towels are not provided. OUTDOOR FIRES: Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises. GAS BBQ: Propane not included. Guests may order a propane tank on the Temporary Resident Registration form (guest list) for a fee. Guests may also purchase or swap out a tank at the local market or hardware store. GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION: Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $46 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security. The entire fee goes to PML HOA. Price subject to change without notice. Access permits are non-refundable. A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA. STAIRS: This property has interior & exterior stairways. CHILDREN: Please do not leave children unattended on stairways and decks. Stairways, decks & deck railings are not child-proof. BOATS: The boat(s) and/or kayaks are not for guest's use. You can rent kayaks and canoes at Pine Mountain Lake Boat Rentals at the main Marina. TELEVISION / CABLE: No cable. No satellite. 1 television, Roku PARKING: Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. STAIRS: This property has interior & exterior stairways. CHILDREN: Please do not leave children unattended on stairways and decks. Stairways, decks & deck railings are not child-proof. YARD: Property is both level and sloped.
