This lovely beachfront vacation rental is located on the banks of Lake Erie, in Vermilion, Ohio, and can accommodate six adults (up to eight guests if children). There are two attractive bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a lake view. The second bedroom comes with a double bed and a single bed. Further sleeping space is available in the form of a queen-size sofa bed in the lounge, and a single roll-away bed, which can be tucked into either bedroom. In the first bright and modern bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a deep bathtub, ideal for soaking. The second full bathroom features a walk-in shower. Freshly laundered linens and towels are provided by the host of this property. In the spacious and welcoming living room, guests will find plenty of comfy sofa space and an inviting wood-burning fireplace. For entertainment, there’s a Roku TV, guest ready to add your own streaming services, and a selection of books and board games. The light and stylish fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a dishwasher. Meals and drinks can be enjoyed at the table in the lounge area. Other amenities in the property include Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, and an iron and board. Outside, directly behind the House is a private area for Beach House guests only with a BBQ grill, picnic table, and outdoor seating to enjoy the view. Areas which are shared with the five one-room sleeping cottages across the drive include the sandy swimming beach, waterfront backyard & firepit (firewood provided). All guests will enjoy access to the three newly installed sandstone terraces that offer great views of Lake Erie & its magnificent sunsets. There are some fantastic facilities on offer at this property. Guests traveling by car will be pleased to know that there is plenty of parking available on the premises. The rental has its own fully equipped kitchen, with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and ample refrigerator space, for keeping food and drinks fresh. For alternative forms of cooking, a BBQ grill is available in the Beachfront House's private backyard. All guests share a 110-foot sandy beach, which is perfect for swimming and has its very own fire pit, and a sandstone deck for sunbathing and relaxing. As well as this, there is a communal sandstone terrace with patio furniture to view the Lake and sunsets, a large waterfront yard, and picnic tables with outdoor grills. The accommodation at the property features air conditioning, ensuring that guests are comfortable at all times. Glampers will have access to a washer and dryer, for laundering clothes.
