Hoquiam River RV Park

Travelling from Canada with my wife and had to stop somewhere to shower as we were fatigued and felt gross, the facility here is incredibly clean and homie the people around the park were polite. At 5$ per person to shower this is incredibly reasonable, and cheaper than getting a day pass at the YMCA in town and most truck stops. Showers and bathrooms were clean sites looked spacious and well kept despite not using one. Would recommend.

As soon as we drove thru the entrance, everything changed from the surrounding area. Stopped to check in and was greeted by a guest, then we met Denice and Gordon. What a fantastic couple. Offered me cookies when we checked in and found out Gordon grew up where we live. We knew a lot of his family. It was like old home week. Denice just shook her head and laughed at us. They gave me a map and Gordon walked out to our spot and helped us get situated. We had a fantastic visit. Grounds are very well kept. The gravel drive area is easy to navigate with plenty of room for tow vehicle and large rigs 40', the park here has been very quiet while we were here both times. Would stay here and tell friends and family to stay if in the area. Rv park has nice views of the little hoquiam river that runs right next to the park, nice area and has walking trails and wildlife to see, black tail deer and Canadian geese we have seen during our stay.
