What a beautiful campground! We traveled across the country in our RV and we didn't find anything that stacks up to Honey Bear. Let's start with the Dog Park! A beautiful wooden fence encloses what appears to be at least a 1/2 acre of ground. In the center is a pond. It's surrounded by lush vegetation and beautiful flowers. This is a beautiful resort, and well run. Our site had views of the ocean with great sunsets. What stands out, most of all, was the resort staff. Genuinely friendly and helpful. One criticism, the sticker for our windshield left a layer of glue on the glass that was hard to remove. Had to use “Goo Gone”.

We stayed in April 2026. Quiet location, friendly and professional staff, clean bathroom and laundry facilities . Our site was lovely with a view of the pond and elk. It was a quick walk to a three mile walkable beach (Ophir). Extra fun-were all the painted rocks (take one leave one)! We’ll definitely plan another stay!

Too expensive even if you have the money. Not right next to Ocean. Not much privacy.
