Homeless problem and drug problem !! I actually moved here and gained residency shortly to discover the ongoing homeless problem and drug addiction I have talked to several homeless people and a contact inside one of the programs that are there to help but only send them to Scranton or Dickson so they don’t have to face the fact that it’s an issue that need to be addressed.
