ZinMan Winery is such a hidden gem in FairPlay! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxed. The tasting room has that perfect blend of rustic charm and laid-back elegance, and the staff made us feel right at home. You can tell there’s real passion behind every bottle of wine. Each pour was thoughtfully explained, and we never felt rushed. It felt more like visiting friends than just a wine tasting. If you’re in the area and love great wine with a warm, personal touch, ZinMan is a must-stop. We’ll definitely be back!
I want this place to stay a hidden gem so bad because it’s new and nobody knows about it yet but I also want to see these amazing ladies be a successful and thriving hipcamp so I’m going to leave an honest review. This spot is incredible. It’s quiet and peaceful and absolutely gorgeous. They run water and power out to the site for you. There’s campfire rings and picnic tables and a huge grassy area for kids or dogs to play on. Monika the host is wonderful. She’s hospital and welcoming and just an all around wonderful human. Great location close to Placerville. Monika and her family were very accommodating and we had a great time up there. The winery is very cool too!
We arrived to our site and were welcomed by Hailey. We wine tasted and yum we bought 2 bottles. Amazing 2 nights camping in a peaceful environment with the sound of the creek and the frogs. Monika went above and beyond her energy was contagious. A Hip Camp success!
What a great spot! Great wine, friendly family, grassy spot and a real fire pit. Great location! So many greats! We will be back for sure!
