Historic Downtown Adjacent! Full hook ups: water, sewer and 30 amp available! Quiet neighborhood with mature pine trees. As with many parts of Flagstaff, an occasional distant train whistle may be heard. Relatively flat, gravel driveway. About a 1/2 mile walk to Historic Downtown Flagstaff. No Uber or Lyft required (unless you want to...and then it's about a 2 minute ride) like the other out of town spots... Mountain biking and hiking close by! Space is approximately 14' wide x 45' long. Cats ok. If you're planning a visit to the charming and historic Downtown Flagstaff, securing a parking space with full hookups can significantly enhance your experience. This type of parking accommodation is perfect for RV travelers who seek both convenience and comfort. Full hookups typically include water, electricity, and sewage connections, ensuring that you have all the amenities you need for an stress-free stay. Whether you're exploring the Lowell Observatory, enjoying the vibrant nightlife, or simply soaking in the historic ambiance, having a full hookup parking spot nearby provides the perfect blend of modern comforts and easy access to all that Flagstaff has to offer. Jeannie's lot was easy to get to, within walking distance to the Flagstaff historic district, offered electricity, water, and trash disposal. In addition, Jeannie was very available via the direct messaging on the app. She was accessible, helpful, and friendly. The neighborhood is also very nice. Be sure your RV will fit into the space available. Our 16' travel trailer fit snuggly.

Close to downtown Flagstaff in a quiet neighborhood. I was able to park and easily walk to meetings in town. I have a high roof Ram Promaster van and easily fit into the space. Clean, quiet, and Jeannie was quick to reply to questions.

We had a great stay at Jeannie’s place. She is located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to downtown. It was perfect, easy and as described. We would not hesitate to recommend to others traveling in a smaller rig.

If you’re looking to be in town, this is a great option. In a quiet neighborhood, however, trains go all night so if you’re a light sleeper it could be tough. Jennie is a great communicator and gave tips for local attractions. Our 23 foot Sprinter van fit snuggly with no problems.

Loved the location of this spot...easy access, on foot, to downtown Flag, and its in a nice neighborhood. The biggest downsize for us was the noise from the trains going through town all night long. It made sleeping a challenge. Our camper has a pop-up top with canvas corners, so there wasn't much to buffer us from the sound of the trains. If our camper was more insulated, then we probably would not have heard the trains. So, I highly recommend this spot only if you have a well insulated camper or RV.
