The recommended camping area by the fire pit has a good size level parking area perfect for camper trailers, tents, cars, a small RV, or over-landing rigs. There is also a good level tent site nestled in between the trees. The property is not fenced in and may occasionally be visited by free range cattle, pronghorn, and other local wildlife. There are many hiking, hunting, and fishing locations close by. Nice and quiet with a great tent spot! We enjoyed the wide open space.
We loved staying on Arthur’s land it was perfect for us to get off the beaten path and enjoy viewing the stars and watching the gorgeous sunset. We loved Hartsel, there isn’t much but it’s just beautiful. We will never forget this gorgeous place!
